One price per MCST.Free to start.

You pay S$45 a month for each MCST you set up, with no minimum, after a 30-day free trial. That's all: there's no charge for invoices or users.

Your first 30 days, from sign-up, with no card. Every MCST you set up in them is free, however many. If you sign up on 15 October, your trial runs to 13 November, and your first bill comes on 14 November.

Firms that sign up by 31 March 2027, 11:59 p.m. Singapore time, pay S$25 per MCST a month instead of S$45, for 12 months from their first bill. The 12 months end on the same day for all your MCSTs, however many you add. Then it's S$45.

Monthly, in advance, on the same date each month. Your first bill comes the day after your 30-day trial, for every MCST you have then, and that date is your bill date from then on. If it's the 29th, 30th or 31st, a shorter month's bill comes on its last day. There's no charge for part of a month at the start.

An MCST you set up between bills is charged by the day for the rest of that billing month, on your next bill: with 12 days left of a 30-day billing month, that's 12/30 of its price. An MCST removed is credited the same way on the next bill, not paid out in cash.

No. S$45 is all you pay: there's no GST on top, because PEBBLEBLACK PTE. LTD. isn't GST-registered. If that changes, the Terms of Service say how GST would be added, with at least 30 days' written notice.

After your free trial, we send your firm a one-time secure payment link from Stripe. You enter your card once, and Stripe then charges that card automatically every month. No. Every firm has unlimited users, including in its free trial, and you can set up every MCST you manage.

An invoice counts when Proppy reads it as an invoice or a credit note: once per document, in the Singapore calendar month it's read. Fair use is about 100 invoices per MCST a month, across your MCSTs. Invoices are never billed or held by count.

• A multi-page invoice counts once.
• A file with several invoices counts each one.
• A credit note counts, like an invoice.
• Statements, quotations, and other documents don't count.
• Sending the same file again, reading an invoice again, and practice mode never count.
• A copy you remove as a duplicate stops counting. If you undo that, it counts again.
• An invoice you file after it's read still counts, because Proppy has read it.
• Past bills imported from a CSV file or from Xero don't count.

No, and there's no charge for them. Fair use is about 100 invoices per MCST a month. If you're well above that, we'll talk. Nothing stops: every invoice is still read at once.

Firms on Xero can post approved vouchers straight to Xero, as Draft bills with the invoice PDF attached. Every firm can still export approved vouchers as a CSV file that your ledger can import.

Proppy's database and app run in Singapore. Invoices are read by an AI model on a paid plan, which may process them outside Singapore. The privacy notice has the details.
