Smart Scheduling

When a prospect asks to view a property, Proppy checks three things before offering a time slot:

1. Listing viewing schedule

Each listing can have its own viewing hours. For example, "Viewings only on weekends, 10 AM - 4 PM." Proppy only offers times within this window.

If no viewing schedule is set, Proppy falls back to your working hours.

2. Your calendar

Proppy checks your working hours, breaks, and time off. It also checks your Google Calendar for existing events, so it never double-books you.

3. Existing bookings

If you already have a viewing booked at 2 PM, Proppy won't offer 2 PM to another prospect (unless you've enabled concurrent viewings for that listing).

Info: Only times that pass all 3 checks are offered to prospects. No double bookings.

Concurrent viewings

For open-house style viewings, you can allow multiple prospects to book the same time slot for the same listing. Other listings and personal events still block that time.

Turn this on per-listing in Listings > select a listing > Viewing Schedule.
