Response Mode

Choose when Proppy responds to messages.

Go to Proppy > Proppy Response Mode to switch between modes:

Always Active

Proppy responds to every message, 24/7. Best for most agents.

Set specific hours for Proppy to respond. Outside those hours, messages are saved but Proppy stays silent.

Useful if you prefer to handle messages yourself during working hours and let Proppy cover evenings and weekends.

Proppy stops responding entirely. Messages are still saved to your conversation history.

Tip: Even in Always Active mode, Proppy automatically pauses for 2 hours on any conversation where you reply manually. See Taking Over a Chat.
