Scheduling a Viewing

Most viewings are booked automatically by Proppy through WhatsApp. But you can also create one manually.

1. Click the + button in the top right of the Bookings page
2. Select the listing
3. Pick a date and time
4. Enter the prospect's name and phone number
5. Click Save

The viewing will appear in your Bookings page and on your Google Calendar (if connected).
