Greeting Messages
Customize the automatic greeting that Proppy sends when a new prospect messages you.
- Go to Proppy > scroll to Greeting Message
- Edit the message text
- Click Save
The default greeting is:
Hi! How can I help you today? I can help you browse properties, get details, or schedule a viewing.
Tip: Keep it short and friendly. The greeting sets the tone for the whole conversation.
Click Reset to default to go back to the original message.
