Greeting Messages
Customize the automatic greeting that Proppy sends when a new prospect messages you.
- Go to Proppy > scroll to Greeting Message
- Edit the message text
- Click Save
When you connect WhatsApp for the first time, Proppy seeds your greeting with your business name baked in, for example:
Hi! I'm Proppy, Frontier Sales's assistant. How can I help you today? I can help you browse properties, get details, or schedule a viewing.
You can edit any part of this message, including the name, to match how you introduce yourself.
If you clear the field, Proppy falls back to the generic default:
Hi! I'm Proppy, your AI assistant. How can I help you today? I can help you browse properties, get details, or schedule a viewing.
Tip: Keep it short and friendly. The greeting sets the tone for the whole conversation.
Click Reset to default to clear the field and use the generic version.
