The Listings page shows all your properties. You can import them from 99.co and PropertyGuru, or add them manually.

Filters

Use the tabs at the top to filter by:

• Type - Sale or Rent
• Source - 99.co, PropertyGuru, or Manual

What Proppy does with your listings

When a prospect messages you on WhatsApp, Proppy can:

• Tell them about your available properties
• Share details like price, bedrooms, floor area
• Answer questions about nearby amenities (schools, MRT, etc.)
• Book viewings for specific listings
