Confirm a viewing

When Proppy books a viewing, it may appear as Pending (if auto-confirm is off).

Click Confirm to approve it, or Decline to reject it.

Click the viewing to open its details. Select a new date and time, then save.

Click the viewing, then click Cancel. The prospect will be notified by email.

Tip: Turn on auto-confirm in Settings to skip the manual confirmation step. Proppy will confirm viewings immediately when prospects book.
