Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the fastest way to see how your business is doing. Open it first thing in the morning and you'll know exactly what needs your attention today.

Find it in the sidebar under Dashboard (it's the first item). Once your onboarding checklist is complete, the page shows your live pipeline, hot leads, and tasks.

The four stat cards at the top

Waiting for reply How many prospects have messaged you and haven't had an answer yet (after a one-hour grace window so you're not alarmed by in-flight conversations). If this number is red, tap it to jump straight to those chats.

Overdue tasks Follow-ups you scheduled for yourself that are past due. Also shows how many are due today.

Today + upcoming A combined count of tasks for today plus future scheduled follow-ups, so you know your workload at a glance.

Win rate The percentage of your active deals that have reached the Won stage. A rough health check on your overall sales effectiveness.

Pipeline row

Seven clickable cards showing how many deals are in each stage - New Lead, Engaged, Viewing Scheduled, Viewed, Offer, Won, Lost. Remember that one prospect can have several deals (one per listing), so a busy co-broker may contribute multiple cards here.

On mobile, swipe sideways to see all seven cards. On desktop they fit in one row.

Click any card to jump into the Deals page filtered to that stage. From there each row links to the owning prospect's CRM tab.

Conversion funnel

A simple bar chart showing what portion of your active deals have made it to each stage:

  • Reached Engaged
  • Reached Viewing
  • Reached Offer
  • Won

If your Reached Viewing bar is tiny compared to Reached Engaged, you know your bottleneck is turning conversations into viewings.

Hot leads

Your top 5 prospects ranked by hotness score. These are the people most likely to close, so start your day here.

Click any name to open their full profile and reply, schedule a follow-up, or move them forward.

See Hot Leads and Scoring for how the score is calculated.

Who should check this page

  • Every morning - See what's overdue and who's hot today
  • Before a sales review - Get pipeline snapshot numbers in one place
  • When things feel slow - Spot which stage is losing prospects so you know where to improve

Tip: The old /admin/crm link still works; it simply redirects to your Dashboard now.
