The Prospects page (called "Customers" in the sidebar) is your contact list. Every person who books a viewing or chats with Proppy is saved here.
What you see
- Search - Find a prospect by name, phone, or email
- Contact details - Phone number, email
- Tabs - About, Notes, Appointments, Logs
Automatic entries
When a prospect books a viewing through Proppy or your booking page, they're added to your prospect list automatically. No manual entry needed.
