Your Prospects

The Prospects page is your contact list. Every person who messages Proppy, asks about a listing, or books a viewing is saved here automatically.

What you see

  • Search - Find a prospect by name, phone, or email
  • Contact type - Direct (end-customer) or Co-Broker (another agent who represents one or more clients). Unclassified contacts default to Unknown and behave like Direct until you set it.
  • Score - A hotness score from 0-100 so you can spot who's most likely to close
  • Tabs - About, CRM, Tasks, Notes, Appointments, Logs

Deals, not stages

A single prospect can be looking at several of your listings at once, each at a different point in the conversation. Every prospect-plus-listing pair is a deal with its own stage. Open a prospect's CRM tab and scroll to the Deals section to see them all and change any one of them without touching the others.

Automatic entries

When a prospect books a viewing, sends a WhatsApp message, or asks Proppy about a listing, they're added here automatically. No manual entry needed.

Your pipeline, managed for you

Proppy moves each deal through your sales pipeline as the prospect engages on that specific listing - no manual admin required. A 2nd inquiry on a listing makes that deal Engaged, booking a viewing for it moves that same deal to Viewing Scheduled, and so on.

Deals that go quiet get archived so your pipeline stays clean. If the prospect comes back to that listing, the deal is restored automatically.
