Want to handle a conversation yourself? Just reply in your WhatsApp Business app.
How it works
- Open your WhatsApp Business app
- Reply to any prospect conversation
- Proppy detects your reply and goes silent for 2 hours on that chat
- After 2 hours of no replies from you, Proppy resumes automatically
Tip: The handoff is seamless. The prospect never knows Proppy was responding earlier.
What Proppy does during takeover
- Stops replying to that specific conversation
- Still saves incoming messages to your conversation history
- Still responds to other prospect conversations normally
- Resumes after 2 hours of silence from you
Pausing Proppy entirely
If you want to pause Proppy for all conversations, go to Proppy > Response Mode > Paused.
You can also set Proppy to only respond during specific hours using Scheduled mode.
