Prospect Details
Click any prospect to see their full profile. The profile has several tabs, each focused on a different part of the relationship.
Tabs
- About - Phone number, email, address, company
- CRM - Stage, lead score, source, tags, qualification details (intent, budget, bedrooms, districts), and listing interest history
- Tasks - Follow-up reminders you've set for this prospect (see Follow-up Tasks)
- Notes - Add private notes about the prospect
- Appointments - All viewings booked with this prospect
- Logs - Activity history (messages, bookings, stage changes, system automations)
The CRM tab at a glance
- A pill showing current stage (e.g. Engaged)
- A numeric lead score from 0-100
- Dropdown to change stage or source
- Tags for custom segmentation
- Qualification form (what they want: buy/rent, budget, bedrooms, preferred districts, property types, move-in date)
- Listing interest section showing every listing they've asked about
Edit a prospect
Click the pencil icon next to the prospect's name to update their details.
Block or delete
Click the three dots menu to block or delete a prospect. Blocked prospects can't book new viewings.
